This microcredential is focused on the knowledge and skills needed to leverage and best use digital marketing from a business perspective. Learn the fundamentals of digital marketing, including eCommerce and Shopify, understand the impact of an online presence as you study risk and crisis management, and find out how to communicate these impacts to both external and internal stakeholders.
Consisting of three online courses, this program is designed for learners who need to better understand the landscape of digital marketing as it relates to growing their business. The microcredential will be particularly relevant to business owners, managers, entrepreneurs, not-for profits, traditional marketers wanting to upskill, and workers looking to re-skill into the rapidly growing field of digital marketing.
These courses can be applied toward the Digital Marketing Certificate and the Social Media Certificate for those interested in pursuing further professional development.
