As a logis­tics and dis­tri­b­u­tion hub in West­ern Cana­da, Alber­ta has an increas­ing demand for skilled logis­tics and dis­tri­b­u­tion pro­fes­sion­als who under­stand the indus­try’s com­plex­i­ties and embrace the new tech­nolo­gies dri­ving the logis­tics industry.

Devel­oped in con­sul­ta­tion with Sup­ply Chain Cana­da (SCC) the Tech­nol­o­gy in Logis­tics and Dis­tri­b­u­tion Man­age­ment Micro­cre­den­tial sup­ports pro­fes­sion­als tran­si­tion­ing to or work­ing in logis­tics and dis­tri­b­u­tion man­age­ment, pro­vid­ing them with train­ing in the lat­est tech­nolo­gies in the field, such as arti­fi­cial intel­li­gence, machine learn­ing, and robotics.

The pro­gram con­sists of three online cours­es and will be of spe­cial inter­est to learn­ers seek­ing to upskill, change careers, or enhance their exist­ing knowl­edge base.
