In an increas­ing­ly mul­ti­cul­tur­al work­place, work­ing across cul­tures is an essen­tial skill. Learn how behav­iours and atti­tudes are influ­enced by the dynam­ics of geo­graph­i­cal, orga­ni­za­tion­al, and indi­vid­ual cul­tur­al val­ues. Under­stand and appre­ci­ate the dif­fer­ent ways in which peo­ple work and com­mu­ni­cate from cul­ture to cul­ture. Begin prac­tic­ing how to lead, work, com­mu­ni­cate, and resolve con­flict with peo­ple from diverse cul­tures in inclu­sive and cre­ative ways.
