Accred­it­ed for the Gold Seal and the Blue Seal cer­ti­fi­ca­tion; rec­og­nized by the CIQS toward the PQSC Esti­ma­tor Cer­ti­fied designations.

The Con­struc­tion Esti­mat­ing and Plan­ning Micro­cre­den­tial is a suite of three con­nect­ed cours­es designed to offer a path­way into the field of con­struc­tion man­age­ment and admin­is­tra­tion. Cours­es are short, impact­ful, and can be imme­di­ate­ly applied to the workplace.

This pro­gram will be of inter­est to a wide range of con­struc­tion work­ers, includ­ing trades­men and jour­ney­men, con­trac­tors, and con­struc­tion busi­ness owners. 

These cours­es can be applied toward the Con­struc­tion Man­age­ment and Admin­is­tra­tion Cer­tifi­cate for those inter­est­ed in pur­su­ing fur­ther pro­fes­sion­al devel­op­ment. Addi­tion­al­ly, all three cours­es are accred­it­ed for the Gold Seal cer­ti­fi­ca­tion (Cana­di­an Con­struc­tion Asso­ci­a­tion) and for the Blue Seal cer­tifi­cate (Alber­ta Advanced Edu­ca­tion — Appren­tice­ship and Indus­try Train­ing), as well as rec­og­nized by the Cana­di­an Insti­tute of Quan­ti­ty Sur­vey­ors (CIQS) toward the Pro­fes­sion­al Quan­ti­ty Sur­vey­or and Con­struc­tion Esti­ma­tor Cer­ti­fied designations.

  • An appli­ca­tion fee of $100 is required for admis­sion into the program.
  • Tuition is paid on a course-by-course basis as you reg­is­ter for your classes.
  • Some cours­es require a text­book at an addi­tion­al cost.
