In synchronous online courses, students move through the course material at the same pace as their peers. She has worked with many types of businesses, from entrepreneurs and startups to corporate businesses and non-profit organizations. Haidee is especially interested in working with small businesses, setting them up for rapid growth, independence, and scalability. Over the last five years, Haidee has become immersed in education and learning experience design. With a unique background that blends marketing and education, she has been fortunate to participate in numerous panel discussions, innovation challenges, hackathons, and impact-focused events as a mentor, judge, or speaker, and has helped many digital creatives break into the tech industry.
