Information Access Applications: Issues and Practices
Identifies and discusses key access issues and best administrative practices for the successful management and compliance with access to information legislation. Prerequisite: EXIAPP 8171

By the end of this course, you should be able to:
- Identify and discuss key access issues and best administrative practices for the successful management and compliance of access to information involving federal, provincial, and territorial jurisdictions in Canada.
Prerequisites

- This course is composed of six modules; each module is guided by an expert instructor over a two-week period.
- Assessment activities include a mid-term exam, an academic paper, and a final written piece where students summarize what they have learned.
- All learning materials are provided through eClass at no additional cost.
