Explore the world of gin and gin-based cocktails in this five-week cultural workshop led by restaurant owner Mike Angus of Pip. Join us for a weekly live online demonstration of how to make various styles of cocktails, from light and approachable to complex and sophisticated.

You’ll just need a few standard spirits and some basic supplies; a supply list will be available to guide you in stocking your home bar prior to the class start date. And while we will be highlighting a different gin every week, your preferred gin will work perfectly for the duration of the entire course!

Each one-hour class includes 30 minutes of live instruction, with discussion to follow. Two guest speakers from the distilling industry will also make appearances on select evenings.

Gins covered include Beefeater (UK), Empress 1908 (BC), Strathcona Spirits (AB), St George’s Terroir (US), and Malfy Con Arancina (Italy).
