Shortcuts (online self-service)
The Student Services Office is experiencing a high call volume. Please see below for a few shortcuts for the online self-service features in Bear Tracks:
Register in a class > Add classes to your shopping cart on this website
or log into Bear Tracks and select Continuing Education > Proceed to Select Your Courses
eClasses – Online course content:
On or before the official course start date, your online course content will be available in eClass. You use your CCID to log into eClass. When in eClass, select the University of Alberta Credit Courses button to view your class in eClass. It may take 24-48 hours from the time you register in a class before you will have access to the class materials in eClass.
Drop a class: Bear Tracks > Manage Classes > Drop Classes
Request a transcript: Bear Tracks > Academic Records > Request Official Transcript > *Report Type: Continuing Education Official
Print a receipt: Bear Tracks > Financial Account > Fee Assessment
View class schedule: Bear Tracks > My Schedule & Exams > View My Classes - List (select term)
