Courses for everyone 3

Professionals with both management and IT skills are a valuable commodity in the job market, as organizations strive to get value from their IT investments in our evolving technology landscape. Combined expertise in these two areas allows business and IT professionals to support organizations effectively and bring them up to speed in adopting innovation at the right time.

In this program, you will develop in-demand skills needed to ensure that your IT portfolios are cost-effective and strategically aligned with your organization’s goals, as well as explore IT governance models and discuss strategies that embrace innovations and deploy them seamlessly. You’ll also acquire valuable knowledge about frameworks, methodologies, and new technologies, all of which will help you become a leader able to position your organization for success.

The series is comprised of three courses, each of them designed to stand alone in providing specific IT management skills. Workshops can also be taken together to provide students with a comprehensive IT management skill set. We recommend that students take the courses in this order: EXCPE 3022, EXCPE 3023, EXCPE 3021
