How to cre­ate con­tent that is user friend­ly, opti­mized for mobile and speaks to cus­tomers in a tone that rep­re­sents the busi­ness. In this course stu­dents will learn how to craft user friend­ly text for dig­i­tal prod­ucts that aligns with user needs and organization¿s goals. Stu­dents will explore the role of case stud­ies and will devel­op skills to write bet­ter case studies.
