Gain an under­stand­ing of res­i­den­tial inte­ri­or design the­o­ries, process­es, and styles through a bal­ance of the aes­thet­ic and the tech­ni­cal. Learn basic design ele­ments and prin­ci­ples, client needs assess­ment, artic­u­la­tion of the design process, iden­ti­fi­ca­tion of domes­tic styles, career options, scope of prac­tice, and the role of consultants.

Elnaz Aliasl has worked on projects ranging from interior design for affordable housing to residential decoration. Her focus has been on applying the design-thinking lens on interior design, a subject on which she has published several articles. Elnaz holds a master’s degree in Design from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tabriz, Iran.
