Employee Benefits

Pro­vides an under­stand­ing of employ­ee ben­e­fits, both for the employ­ee and oth­er human resources prac­ti­tion­er. Tra­di­tion­al and non-tra­di­tion­al ben­e­fit plans and pro­grams will be reviewed. You will exam­ine the char­ac­ter­is­tics of the ben­e­fits most com­mon­ly offered through employ­er spon­sored plans and review gen­er­al ben­e­fit man­age­ment issues includ­ing admin­is­tra­tion, cost con­tain­ment and claims repayment.
