Learn­ing how to design, imple­ment and man­age suc­cess­ful change ini­tia­tives is vital to an orga­ni­za­tion and key to becom­ing a suc­cess­ful man­ag­er. Top­ics include caus­es, speed, costs and impli­ca­tions of orga­ni­za­tion­al change, why and how peo­ple change, deal­ing with resis­tance and build­ing orga­ni­za­tion­al trust, change mod­els and strate­gies, imple­men­ta­tion the­o­ry and process tips.
