Directing and Managing Organizational Change
Learning how to design, implement and manage successful change initiatives is vital to an organization and key to becoming a successful manager. Topics include causes, speed, costs and implications of organizational change, why and how people change, dealing with resistance and building organizational trust, change models and strategies, implementation theory and process tips.
This course has no prerequisites
Students from all educational backgrounds welcome. You can register for this course without applying and enrolling in a program.
