Leadership Communications
Leadership at all levels depends upon communication. Topics may include: persuasive communication; generating buy-in; internal and external communications strategies; influence and influencing others; and communicating through conflict.

What you will learn
By the end of this course, you should be able to:
- Connect the concepts of leadership and communication.
- Implement strategies for persuasion and influence.
- Select and design effective leadership documents and other media.
- Implement communication strategies for effective teams and meetings.
- Implement leadership communication strategies for organizational, transformational, and external audiences.
- Plan leadership communication strategies.
- Plan for and make presentations.

Students from all educational backgrounds welcome. You can register for this course without applying and enrolling in a program.
