Global Organizations and Cultural Experience

Through exam­in­ing glob­al lead­er­ship attrib­ut­es and prac­tices, orga­ni­za­tion­al frame­work, com­mu­ni­ca­tion styles and envi­ron­men­tal and con­tex­tu­al influ­ences stu­dents will iden­ti­fy some of the key approach­es used in inter­na­tion­al orga­ni­za­tions. Stu­dent will become aware of cul­tur­al fil­ters and cus­toms that influ­ence com­mu­ni­ca­tion and devel­op strate­gies for more effec­tive per­son­al and orga­ni­za­tion-wide growth.
