Reframing Global Leadership Practice

Stu­dents will reflect on their inter­cul­tur­al expe­ri­ence and learn­ing to iden­ti­fy strate­gies for effec­tive lead­er­ship with­in a glob­al con­text. Course­work and dis­cus­sions will explore some of the skills, knowl­edge and per­spec­tives need­ed in order to address the chal­lenges and com­plex­i­ties fac­ing glob­al lead­ers in the future.

  • Aimed at individuals interested in working within a global context. Learn­ers come from a vari­ety of indus­tries, vol­un­teer orga­ni­za­tions, gov­ern­ment sec­tor, and small to large enterprises.
