Values to Actions: Responsible Public Servant
Learn about the importance of ethics and other essential competencies of responsible public administrators in maintaining the public good. Explore how the challenges of current crises such as COVID-19 pandemic, social inequality, social action against racial inequality, place additional pressures and public scrutiny on the public sector and employees at all levels of government. Discuss other topics such as the models and philosophies for public administration roles and duties, processes for decision making, wihistlebloweing, and conflict of interest.
This course has no prerequisites
Students from all educational backgrounds welcome. You can register for this course without applying and enrolling in a program.
