Tech­nol­o­gy has fun­da­men­tal­ly changed how peo­ple inter­act with orga­ni­za­tions. Dig­i­tal plat­forms have giv­en indi­vid­u­als a voice, con­nect­ed them with like-mind­ed peo­ple, and shift­ed their infor­ma­tion and engage­ment expec­ta­tions. Learn how to move beyond push­ing your mes­sages out to peo­ple by under­stand­ing the oppor­tu­ni­ties and poten­tial pit­falls of engag­ing in the dig­i­tal world. Gain a per­spec­tive on why, how and when to engage with your audi­ence by apply­ing the engage­ment frame­work and explor­ing tech­niques that sup­port a more strate­gic approach to the push-and-pull of dig­i­tal engagement.
