All super­vi­sors, man­agers and oth­er pro­fes­sion­als are chal­lenged with the task to review and ana­lyze finan­cial state­ments and data. In many orga­ni­za­tions, increased focus is being placed on bud­gets and finan­cial man­age­ment tech­niques. This sem­i­nar will intro­duce basic finan­cial con­cepts to par­tic­i­pants whose pri­ma­ry role is in oth­er func­tion­al areas. You will gain an under­stand­ing of how finan­cial state­ments are pre­pared and how to inter­pret finan­cial state­ments and data in order to make pru­dent finan­cial decisions.
