German III

The course takes a com­mu­nica­tive approach to learn­ing using prac­ti­cal sit­u­a­tions from every­day life. The fol­low­ing con­ver­sa­tion­al top­ics will be cov­ered and rein­forced: ail­ments, body parts, dai­ly life, work, pro­fes­sions, and trav­el. Learn to use imper­a­tives, pos­ses­sive arti­cles, spe­cial prepo­si­tions, and the per­fect tense. We will cov­er Chap­ters 6 through 8 in The­men 1 aktuell, Lek­tion 6 – 10. The course allows for some addi­tion­al top­ics and Inter­net use. The lan­guage of instruc­tion is pri­mar­i­ly Ger­man. Com­ple­tion of EXGEN 3398 is strong­ly recommended.
