Communication Skills for Global Citizenship II
This is a content-based oral communication course featuring Canadian history, culture, diversity, sustainability, community engagement and intercultural communication. Learners will confidently communicate in everyday situations; ask for information about student routines; take part in and lead discussions on culture/global citizenship; deliver effective presentations on Canada/global community; distinguish between facts and opinions when listening; analyze and respond to written texts; understand and appreciate others’ perspectives; interact across cultures; and actively support others.
This course has no prerequisites
Students from all educational backgrounds welcome. You can register for this course without applying and enrolling in a program.
