Managing Machine Learning Projects

Understand the Machine Learning Project Life Cycle (MLPL) and learn how to integrate it into a business context. You will analyze MLPL case studies and acquire the working knowledge needed to apply the MLPL in your business or organization.
What you will learn

The course will offer you a chance to take a deep-dive on Amii’s Project Charter which is specifically designed for planning and building Machine Learning (ML) projects. The Amii Project Charter encompasses the necessary components and key questions that need to be answered before an organization commits the time and money into formally executing a machine learning project. Participants will engage in project-based learning to create their own project charter for a fictional use case and organization, and then present their pitch to a panel of Amii experts. To support participants in the development of their project, we will be joined by Amii ML Scientists whose extensive experience in productionizing ML projects will help guide and advise each group’s project.
