Teaching Methodology Training for Teachers of English as an International Language

In this course, you will learn about top­ics crit­i­cal to sec­ond-lan­guage instruc­tion and address com­mon chal­lenges faced by lan­guage teach­ers. Top­ics cov­ered may include: strate­gies for cre­at­ing an opti­mal lan­guage learn­ing class­room; task-based lan­guage teach­ing approach­es; strate­gies for assess­ment, feed­back, and error cor­rec­tion; inclu­sive edu­ca­tion and approach­es to inter­cul­tur­al learn­ing; best prac­tices for bal­anc­ing accu­ra­cy and flu­en­cy; devel­op­ing and imple­ment­ing cur­ricu­lum change; and inte­grat­ing tech­nol­o­gy into your teaching.
