Procurement Analysis

Pro­cure­ment analy­sis is an inte­gral skill for con­struc­tion pro­fes­sion­als to opti­mize how they obtain ser­vices, mate­ri­als and prod­ucts while con­strained by lim­it­ed resources. This course will focus on devel­op­ing source matri­ces, sourc­ing tech­niques, and alter­na­tive resource strate­gies. Approach­es used by con­struc­tion pro­fes­sion­als to man­age bud­get and mate­r­i­al require­ments with­in project man­age­ment sys­tems will also be covered.
