Evaluating Business Opportunities

Explore the legal side of orga­niz­ing a busi­ness as you learn how to con­duct fea­si­bil­i­ty studies,market assess­ments, and cost and prof­itabil­i­ty assess­ments. Under­stand the dif­fer­ences between sole pro­pri­etor­ship, incor­po­ra­tion, part­ner­ship, and oth­er mod­els. Exam­ine the costs of run­ning a busi­ness and dis­cuss employ­ee stan­dards, as well as your respon­si­bil­i­ties as an employ­er. Fur­ther devel­op your busi­ness plan by set­ting finan­cial pro­jec­tions and work­ing on a mar­ket­ing strategy.
